1. Advertising & Listing Purchases
All sponsorship listing proposals, banner placements, and directory listing inclusion payments are final once integration is live. EasyIPChecker does not issue automatic refunds after a listing or banner campaign has run.
2. Technical Failure
If a sponsored directory placement experiences technical downtime on EasyIPChecker's side exceeding 72 consecutive hours, we will issue a pro-rata refund or extend the campaign duration by the duration of the outage.
3. Dispute Resolution
For listing disputes or double-billing issues, please email our accounting team at support@easyipchecker.com with your transaction reference. We investigate all requests within 3 business days.
